Design services usually start as soon as you contact us. Before our initial meeting, we research your property and find it via satellite imaging. We then find your lot dimensions with the county assessor’s office and input this information into our design software so that we have a floor plan of your home.
At our first meeting we discuss ideas and put them right into the floor plan. The floor plan generates a computer model that gives you an accurate picture of the finished landscape.
Our design fee starts at $250.00 and is adjusted based on the complexity of the project. Our design fee will cover the initial design and one revision.
